Your dedicated Accountant is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours you will be able to email them and they will contact you as soon as they are back in the office. If you want information relating to your company then you can access it through the secure portal on this website linking you to the FreeAgent software. Here you will find information relating to payments, company accounts, and much more.
IR35 Review
With changes to the IR35 rules planned for both the private and public sector it is important to understand how this legislation affects you and whether or not you will have to pay additional tax under the rules. We will assist you by reviewing your contract and more importantly your working practices and support you in negotiations with end clients and agencies.
Quarterly Bookkeeping Service
If you regularly incur expenses that you pay out of your own pocket, they all need to be entered and tracked in FreeAgent. Our premium+ service includes this extra work on a quarterly basis. Simply send us the receipts and we'll enter them into FreeAgent for you.
Monthly Payroll
When contracting through a limited company you will normally pay yourself a salary and this must be reported to HMRC in real time. We will ensure that the payroll is run properly and reported to HMRC through the RTI (Real Time Information) gateway, ensuring you are fully compliant and all PAYE is up to date.
